• Parental Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians creating accounts for children or granting them access to Civixal acknowledge and agree to oversee the child’s use of the app, ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Use of Services

• Watch-to-Earn Model: Civixal operates on a "Watch-to-Earn" model where users, including supervised minors, can earn reward points by watching content. Points can be converted into cryptocurrency based on platform terms.
• Content Access and Parental Controls: We offer both free and paid subscription options, including parental controls to limit content access based on age. Free users may experience limited earnings and ad interruptions. Paid users are entitled to higher reward earning potential with fewer limitations.
• Restrictions: Users agree not to engage in any activity that may impair the performance of the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use Civixal for illegal or harmful purposes.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content available on Civixal, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Civixal. Users have no rights to use, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
• User Content: By submitting any content, such as comments, ratings, or reviews, you grant Civixal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Rewards and Earnings

• Reward Points: Users can accumulate points by watching content and engaging with ads on Civixal. Points can be redeemed as cryptocurrency within the platform’s wallet or through third-party wallets supported by Civixal.
• Conditions on Earnings: Earnings depend on factors like content watched, ad views, and subscription type. Civixal reserves the right to change earning structures or conditions at any time.
• Parental Supervision of Minors’ Earnings: Any rewards accumulated by minors are subject to parental review. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and approving any earnings or transfers associated with their child’s account.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines.
• Post or share any harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to interact with Civixal.
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or hack Civixal or attempt unauthorized access.

Subscription and Payments

• Subscription Plans: Civixal offers various subscription packages with differing levels of access and rewards. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the plan.
• Parental Approval of Payments: For accounts created for or accessed by minors, parents or guardians must authorize all subscription and payment transactions.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Civixal is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

Termination of Services

• Termination by User: Users can terminate their accounts at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations owed to Civixal.
• Termination by Civixal: Civixal reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that negatively impacts Civixal's operation.

Changes to Terms

Civixal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Civixal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

Civixal shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Your use of Civixal is at your sole risk, and all services are provided “as is” without warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai (Maharashtra) India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Mumbai.
